Are you feeling stressed or overwhelmed? Do you feel you’re reaching a breaking point? Practicing mindfulness and self-care routines can help improve emotional well-being and assist in recognizing our own emotional patterns. This allows us to proactively regulate our behavior in response to stressful situations. In doing so we are able to better manage our emotions, understand different perspectives, and overall respond in a more effective manner.
