In order to ensure that the early childhood or school age care experience remains of the highest quality we encourage you, the parent, guardian, or community member to call the general complaint number 800-732-5207, should you have any concerns.
Be aware of the child care program’s procedures for handling parent complaints. They should have a clear set of guidelines that 1) explains complaint procedures and 2) advises parents as to which licensing agency unresolved complaints should be directed.

Complaints directed towards Child Care Resources of Rockland, Inc. (CCRR) personnel, made either on the telephone or in person will be addressed in a timely fashion and will be forwarded to the Executive Director. In our efforts to serve the community in a professional capacity, any and all complaints will be followed up with the individual(s) in question through procedural channels. Complaints will receive official correspondence (either written or verbal) from the Executive Director within 10 business days of the original complaint.
