Child Care Needs Assessment

Please help us to ensure accessible, affordable child care for all families.
Take this survey!  Your input is valuable.

The results of the child care needs assessment survey help to provide a picture of the supply of child care. It identifies availability, unmet needs, funding sources, etc. We work in collaboration with the other Child Care Resource & Referral agencies in NYS, using the information we gain to gauge the state of child care and to guide policy making about child care issues locally and at the state level.

We kindly ask that you take this online survey or complete the PDF version of the survey which is available below in English and in Spanish).

Please note: whether or not you participate in the survey has no impact whatsoever on the PreK lottery. The two are independent of each other.
