Universal Pre-Kindergarten Information Sessions are for families that have a child turning 4 years old on or before December 1, 2014. This session will address the history of Universal Pre-Kindergarten and Ladder Legislation, eligibility requirements, advantages of the program, information about the participating early childhood programs, applications, regulations and advocacy opportunities.
