 isting FDC or GFDC providers who change location or modality. This course 
 is required for all new FDC and GFDC providers by NYS OCFS. \n\nThis is a 
 three-day training: March 17th\, March 18th & March 19th. \nA minimum of t
 wo fully paid participants are required to hold the training session and a
  refund will be issued if the class is cancelled due to low enrollment.\n

 rm that it is all correct.\n8. An email will be sent to the trainer and so
 meone from our Operations Department will contact you for payment arrangem
 ents.\n9. After payment is settled\, you will receive an email confirming 
 your registration.\n\nParticipants are required to attend all days in orde
 r to receive full training credit.
