  home-based child care. Successful completion of this course is required f
 or all new Family Day Care (FDC) or Group Family Day Care (GFDC) applicant
 s in New York State prior to licensure or registration\, as well as for ex
 isting FDC or GFDC providers who change location or modality. This course 
 is required for all new FDC and GFDC providers by NYS OCFS. \n\nThis is a 
 three-day training: August 19th\, August 20th & August 21st. \nA minimum o
 f two fully paid participants are required to hold the training session an
 d a refund will be issued if the class is cancelled due to low enrollment.

  Health & Safety classes. \n7. Complete any identifying information and co
 nfirm that it is all correct.\n8. An email will be sent to the trainer and
  someone from our Operations Department will contact you for payment arran
 gements.\n9. After payment is settled\, you will receive an email confirmi
 ng your registration.\n\nParticipants are required to attend all days in o
 rder to receive full training credit.
